Job Description

This position is responsible for the daily operation of the Locker Rooms and Men’s Grill, as well as providing management support to all Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, and comfortable determining appropriate courses of action in a highly collaborative and communicative team environment.


  • Works closely with Club House Manager to create and maintain a work environment to provide unparalleled club service to owners, members, and their guests
  • Greets and welcomes members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
  • Manages cost of labor and supplies related to Locker Rooms
  • Assists with the management of beverage and cigar costs, supplies, and inventories for all areas
  • Ensures the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property
  • Issues lockers, keys, towels, etc. to members and guests as needed
  • Performs shoe cleaning and the changing of cleats as needed
  • Inspects locker areas to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness and safety
  • Resolves member and guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, and in accordance to established standards
  • Selects, trains, supervises schedules and evaluates locker room staff
  • Enforces established rules, regulations and policies
  • Ensures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed
  • Assists in the annual planning and budgeting process. Operates department within that defined budget
  • Maintains the Locker Room and Shoe Room area in a tidy, clean and orderly manner
  • Completes other duties as assigned

 Experience and Education Required:

  • 3+ years previous manager experience in a high-end hotel, resort or club environment
  • Associate degree or technical school certificate with emphasis on hospitality or related experience
  • Strong reasoning, judgement and decision making skills
